7 Out Of 7 Cc Hop Will Get Restricted!!!!

Hi

I have my 6thcc today then I went lunch to test it, I eat a whole small pizza! I went back to the doctor asking him for another fill as I am not happy with my current eating habit. He gives me another cc where all come together to 7CC I haven’t eat anything after that but I am hoping to feel real restriction this time. The doctor Saied we can add more than 7CC in a 7CC band! Is that possible?

  • Maybe it shouldn't but unfortunately it is. It doesn't matter what kind of WLS you have you still have to do your part. None of them will make good choices for you and none of them will make you exerc

  • Sorry, A lot of us make assumptions people have Lapband or Realize band. I was just reading up on the Midband which is used in Australia. Makes sense to me now.

Trust me guys I never eat until I get stuffed, but thing is food go through quickly not like what I hear frm other, bread, rice and other food all fine for me no restriction. So what is the band role?

If you're chewing thoroughly enough and taking small enough bites, there's no reason all food shouldn't go through fine. The band is to bring a feeling of satisfaction- NOT being stuffed full- after relatively little food.

I really think you're missing some very key information that is crucial to success with the band. I would discuss this with your surgeon.

I understand you want to 'test' the waters.. but come on.. a small pizza? I wouldn't of allowed myself to eat that before the band. Regardless of how much you can eat, you should be eating healthier foods if you really want to test it, that is just irresponsible on your part. You need to do your part, with controlling your appetite and choices. Keep on this path and you will (if you haven't already) stretch your pouch or cause a slip.
