Hi, I am new as of 3/4/06

Just want to say hello and I too look forward to learning and sharing with all of you. I think I am doing okay I am down 9 pounds so far and it was a week today. Had trouble with a gelcap getting stuck two days ago and ever sense it seems really sensitive when I ingest anything but clear, will this go away soon? I have little internal burps and hiccups sometimes, I had a PB when it happened, this did not hurt my band I hope...??
