Great High Protein Treat!!!

Wanted to share this with y'all! It's really good and perfect when you are craving something sinful! It's about identical to regular Greek yogurt but tastes like a good ice cream. I stick to the 1/2 cup portion size but am so happy to have found it. It was near the Ben & Jerry's ice cream in my Publix. B&J is making a Greek froyo too but only 6 g protein and higher calories. It was $3.50 each... Less than a trip to DQ and a lot more servings! Hope you enjoy!

Oh and this mango is great. My store had blueberry, raspberry and vanilla too!

Tried the raspberry yesterday... Loved it, but still like Mango better!

I'm concerned about the number of carbs in it...the Protein grams look good, but the added sugars are something I try to avoid. Sugar carbs only increase my wanting more of them!

Thanks for sharing this...

It has 24g carbs, with 21 being sugars.

Sounds like a good 'once in a while' treat. I will definitely be on the lookout for this! :)
