How To Lose Last 20 Pounds For First Goal???

I am 20 pounds away from my first short term goal to be under 200 pounds! It seems like the weight loss is slowing down. Been banded going on 10 weeks tommorow and no fill. I lost 31 pounds so far. Maybe the fill will help since I have been eating rice again and snacking. Help any advice Fellow Bandsters?

Getting a fill will help you get to that first goal. Congrats on the first 31 lbs. That's great for not having a fill. Do you have any restriction?

You are doing great. You my not have any restriction with your first fill but you must have will power to do so well thus far. Get up the good work.

Please note I am not saying this to be mean spirited. The band is not meant to stop you from eating foods like rice or snacks. I am at restriction and can basically eat any food I want. At least half of this battle is making a new relationship with food. There's nothing wrong with eating rice say once a week. The issue is when did you eat a high calorie food everyday. It took me 6 months to get restriction so your first fill may not do a lot for you.
