i want to have the lap band surgery but i have moderate vonwillebrands diease (bleeding disorder) and i was wondering if anyone has had this done or know someone that has.

I don't have it, nor do I know anyone with it, but I think this would be best discussed with a surgeon. It may not be an issue because lap-band is much less invasive than many other surgeries, but this would definitely be something that your surgeon would have to determine.

Thank you.. It's always a problem but I'm just starting out n I'm so tired of fighting with diets etc..
