Thats easy,,, Flintstones Complete with CHOLINE Must have the Choline. They are chew-able.

I do 3 a day and when they test my blood I don't need anything else. Vitamin B is the Choline.

I buy mine on ebay 200 for 14.99 and they pay the shipping.

Also go to their website and print a coupon "COPY IT" and when you see them on sale buy a few.

Not to mention their not bad either, and I get my energy from them.

Shirley.

Interested in the ebay dealer ? Let me know, and I will share the name. He's very good.

I use Centrum chewables for women I could not find them in any of the stores around me so I went to my favorite online drugstore www.drugstore.com and they of course had them so I ordered them and I chew one every morning with my Protein Shake they have a nice citrusy taste to them and some of the liquid ones made me gag so Iam happy I found them online.

Also where I buy my Muscle Milk from has them on sale.

Google AllStarHealth.com and they have 150 for $11.09 or 200 for $16.79

Whatever you buy from them all shipping is only one price $5.95.

Look around and see if you need anything there, prices are decent.

I get the costco Store brand equivilant of Flintstones with Choline and only take 1 a way. I also take a Caltrate chewable Plus, and a dedicated Vitafusion Vitamin D.

Do these have the kiddy flavors? I am currently using chewable kids, and am finding the more I take them, the less I like the taste.

Hi, was just wondering what is a great/good multivitamin to take after having Lap Band done?

ive been wondering this as well.. but in t he meantime ive bought some barley green. a powder mixed with water.. not too bad to drink. i dont know if i can use this after lapping though. i suppose it depends on the amount one can drink at a time. i know that its completely organic.

The costco Vitamins I take are childrens' but I don't mind the flavor. In fact I take my misc. chewable vitamins during my commute to work as a pre Breakfast snack. I really like the Caltrate Plus Calcium ones.

I also take a dedicated Iron (needs to be taken an hour before the calcium or it prevents the body from absorbing the calcium), coq10 (because I take a statin), and 5000 mg Biotin

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

I may have to have gall bladder surgery during my weight loss surgery. Not thrilled about it either but do not want 2 recovery times. Just want it over with.

Thanks for your post. I may need to rethink my decision... :(
