It was really nice meeting you all today. I called my husband and told him about the gathering and my goals, which are very aggressive by my standards.
I promised to look up some information regarding getting insurance approvals for the WLS. Below is the .pdf file for your review.
I am not sure who mentioned that one of the files I posted required payment for thier services, you were right. I didnt' read the information, as I am a self pay client. But I am not going to include it here.
