How To Figure Out Nutritional Info In Recipes

I know this may be a dumb question, but I found a vegetable dish I want to try for my 1/2 cup of veggie serving, but there is no nutritional info for the recipe. Should I just figure out what the total calories of the dish are and divide it by how many 1/2 cup servings there are?

That's what I would do!

I use an Android app called Lose It. I use to track my calories and nutrients, but it also is helpful because it has a section called "my recipes". There you can enter in the ingredients one at a time and then it will figure out the calories, fat, protein, carbs, etc. per serving for you. I've used it a couple times and it's a real help.

I use my fitness pal to plug in each ingredient and then divide, the servings
