Ive been kinda doing it for 3 or 4 dAYs.. pretty easy. still in bandster hell with the 3 pound shuffle but ive lost about 6 or 7 inchest this month. • I have tried WW like 4 times. It is a lot of work to count your points, but now with the smart phone apps it makes it a little easier. I agree with JustDoIt30 do what is best for you.

I have tried WW before, with of course no success among every other diet known to man. However I will say WW has the most sound nutritional value if you compare most plans. I think for now I'm sticking hard core to my nutritionists plan, but could see myself as I add more things to my diet adapting to WW. Congrats on your weightloss since surgery!

If it is working then stay with it! I never had much success with it, and my Dr. says no carbs if you want to lose the weight, and those WW meals are full of carbs and sodium, so I am going to avoid carbs as much as possible and see how this goes. Good Luck!!

I think it's whatever works for you and that you see as something sustainable. I do think that lower carbs is the way to ose weight, but it's not feasible to avoid all carbs.

My mom is on WW and when I compare her diet to the one my nutritionist has laid out, they are not the same at all. WW tends to have a lot of carbs and sugar, which is a big no-no on the nutritionist plan. Also, my nutritionist told me that raw veggies and such can be tough to handle early on in the band process and should come second to protein always. I think that you should check with your docs to see what they say about it. They may be able to give you a modified version or tell you what is good and bad to follow.
