Scheduled For Band On 2-10-12!

Hi all! My name is Angel. I am 34 yrs old and live in Kentucky. I am scheduled to have my band placed on February 10, and I am scared! I have several containers of body fortress powder, and some frozen fruits to put in my shakes. Hopefully I can get through the first stages okay. LOL

I am one person who never drank my calories! Even when I was chubs, I still preferred to drink iced tea or water. I guess rationed that I could eat more food that way! If I could make it through the 2 weeks, I'm sure you will be just fine! I only had the shakes from the doctor's office and had a couple slimfast low carb drinks too. The whole time I was on the liquid diet, all I kept waiting for was to eat some salmon! Let me tell you, I think I may enjoy the taste of food more now that measure out what I am supposed to eat and stick to just that.

Hi Angel. I live in Ky too. I just got my surgery date today and its scheduled for next Wed., Feb. 8th. Who is doing yours? I have Dr. Tanner at Norton Weight Loss Mgmt. in Louisville. My dr. doesn't require the liquid diet 2 weeks before; only 1500 calories low fat. I've been doing that anyway so when they called I was ready to go. Hoping to get this journey started. Looking forward to a lighter summer this year!

Debbie
