Hello everyone,
So I was just wondering how everyone handles their "attacks"....this is what I call them. I am currently (and hopefully) at the end of one. It started after trying to get in some more Protein and I ate 1 Vienna sausage cut up very tiny. The most I ate today was greek yogurt with granola. My last fill of .5cc was December 18th which brought me up to 6.5cc. I have to admit this amount has been a bit rough for me. I had it before and got it taken out because I got sick a few times. I decided to try it again and it's making my regular go to goods hard to eat. I wanted to give it a few weeks and see how I adjust to it but so far i'm really just on yogurt, applesauce, protein,shakes...I may try oatmeal. I sometimes feel ok with eating this because I know the weight will keep dropping but it's not really that healthy. Are there any foods that u find are healthy and easy to keep down?
