I've been researching some natural remedies for Acid Reflux and came across some interesting info. Apple Cider Vinegar can offer some relief for a Acid Reflux. I have a mild case of reflux and plan of trying this tomorrow. Has anyone tried it?

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (ASV)

Water

Combine 8 ounces of water and 2-3 teaspoons of ASV. Drink after meal or when reflux begins.

I've heard of it. I read you should use the organic apple cider vinegar vs store bought because of the processing it goes through.

Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar is what we take at my house - it's a lifesaver. You can usually find it in the healthfood section, or you can order it for pretty cheap on Amazon. I already have problems with regular heartburn, so I have to admit I'm semi nervous as to how it will be when I have the band.
