Attending My Second Informitive Meeting Next Week.

Thought I would search for others who have experienced Lap Band. I'm interested in hearing what I might have in store after getting "banded".

im probably not the person who can give you much advice, as ive only been banded 5 days! but....... i did my homework before, talked to everyone who had had it. went to the info seminar and the local support group monthly. i read everything online and lapbandtalk that i could.when i made the decision to do it it was because i felt comfy with my research and knowledge. i had my band done tues dec 13th, and other than some soreness om my left side, i feel great! ive lost 12 lbs. 6 before and 6 since. im really glad i did it !
