My surgery date is Jan 20th :) and there's always those questions that as soon as u walk out of the office u think aww **** I should have asked him that! I would like to know what the questions are that u forgot to ask.

You should want to know how many surgeries like yours he's done, what professional societies he's a member of.

(Actually, you can find all of this on the net). You want to go through a program that teaches you how to live with

the band, speak to a nutritionist or dietitian, what after surgery services are offered, and if any fills are available

with your price of admission. If the hospital or clinic where your surgery is to be performed is a Center of Excellence,

that would be a plus. Be sure to write down any question you want to ask so you don't forget, and good luck.
