I think everyone here knows they can lose the weight without the band they also know without the band they will just gain it all back and then some and that is why we are all here to break that cycle of lose and gain for the last time I got my band Monday and I have never been more sure about having done the right thing in my life.

    Oh, DITTO ! That is excellent advise, and everyone that is Banded could learn from that Common Sense !

    The Band will do wonders, if you work with it. Then "YES !" It will do the job.

    Now if you get kind of piggish, and force yourself to eat "JUST A EXAMPLE" You will gain weight.

    The good thing about the band, is if you do lose it for a day or 2. Reality sets in, and you get yourself back on track.

    Try doing that without the BAND ! ! !
