How was your experience? Did you use Dr. Fernandez by any chance?

My experience was great. Fuzz was my surgeon, he was the only one at that time. It took me about about 6 months or so to go through all of the pre-requisite items they have you do in the program. Was banded on Nov. 28th 2007 and I'm down around 140 lbs total. Best decision I ever made. I still have around 50 or so that I still want to lose, and it's been the hardest part. I've been having some heart issues this year, so I had an unfill a couple of months ago. I can't explain the difference the last couple of months have been, I've really struggled. I had a heart ablation last month so I'm going to get the band filled again in January, and I can't wait!!

Sorry to hear about your heart condition. I'm sure it's been hard. If you're anything like me the first thing I do is reach for food when I'm stressed or not feeling well. Thanks for the info on Dr. "Fuzzy" I keep hearing good things about him. I hope you get to feeling better and reach your goal!!!
