Not Craving Any Particular Food-what To Eat?

For the past few days I haven't been craving anything in particular. I don't know what I want to eat but of course need to eat so this has lead to grazing. Nothing seems to be satisfying me. Has this happened to anyone? What do you eat? I'm about 2 years post op and 6-ish lbs from goal.

Wow you did great. I am way behind you but I try to eat protein as much as possible. Some foods I eat : Fish ( cod, talapia, trout, halibut), Chicken, tChicken Chili, Cream Of Wheat, Turkey Meatballs, vege Lasagna and lean corned beef. I also buy Smart Ones or Lean Cusine. They are easy and once you find a few good ones( there are yucky ones) they help! Crackers and Skinny cow cheese rocks! I can eat anything besides bad stuff in moderation. Did that help?

Well I know what I should be eating but it seems like this week I just don't know what I want to eat. For example you could put a buffet of my favorite foods in front of me and I still wouldn't be craving anything. It's weird because nothing sounds good to me right now.
