Hello all! I am researching this topic for myself and have a question. Do you guys know if Dr. Weaver does lap bands for patients with BMI of 34 with NO comorbitities? I had read that the FDA? approved it for BMI's of 30- 35 for patients with no comorbities.

Can anyone confirm or denie this to be true?
