Eating spicy foods

Hello I'm in the process getting the lapband and I was wondering if u can still eat spicy food post-op ? Im Hispanic and I need to have my spicy food :)

What would life be without Jalapeños? You'll just have to see what you can eat. It's different for

everyone. I don't have any problem with peppers, but some people do. You wouldn't want to

try them before five or six weeks, though.

Yes, everyone is different with what they can and cannot eat and tolerate. I also eat peppers and love my salsa. Good luck.

no problems here, just hope you dont need a drink very quick
