If you are fortunate enough to have insurance that will pay for the surgery, what kind do you have and how long did it take to get approved?

I have BCBS. They did require the 6 months of pre surgery counseling. After i completed that, the surgery was approved in days. 100% coverage

I have Cigna. All my stuff was submitted on a Monday and I was approved the next day. I did have to do a 6 month supervised diet before submitting to insurance.
