Halloween challenge...get to onederland! I just got a fill so I want to lose 8 pounds.

I plan on committing to exercising at least an hour 3xs a week. Monday Tuesday and Friday!

I forgot to cut and paste, hope I answered all the questions.

Starting weight 229 2 weeks before being banded. Banded starting weight is 219.

So 25 total pounds down!

Exercise Goal for October~ 2-3 miles of walking 3-4 days a week (I hate working out more than anything)

Dietary Goal for October~ 3 square meals and one snack. No mindless munching

Personal Goal for October~ Focus on being satisfied - listen to my stomach not my brain.

Date Banded~ Not banded yet (I hope I can still play) Surgery date is Nov 30th. I am trying hard to focus on making the right decisions to "practice" for when I have the band. I am practicing chewing, eating slower, and listening to my tummy to see if I am hungry or just wanting to munch.

Total Weight Loss Since Banding~ N/A - I have lost 6 pounds since booking my surgery.

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
