Did this happen to you after your 1st fill?

I had my first fill on yesterday and since after eating have terrible gas. This did not start happening to this magnitude until I got my fill. I had to pull out my gas x stash. And by gas this includes abdominal gas, burping, and farting. I promise right before posting this I had a continuous burp that I think last an entire minute. Did anyone have else have increased gas?

You aren't on liquids? My dr makes me do liquids 2 days, mushies 2 days then to solid food. Your stomach is going to be swollen from the fill, so that will cause your band to be tight which will give you gas. Start liquids/mushies for 2 days... way less gas!

My doctor told me to eat pureed foods the day I got my fill and then the following day I could eat regular diet. But I only ate liquids the day of.........and had mad gas after eating Soup for lunch. And currently still having gas right now! Also thank you for replying.

You might be taking in too much air when eating and drinking. Try smaller sips and smaller bites.

When I get a good fill I sometimes get more burpy and stuff because I forget to slow the heck down.
