whats up with food in the morning?

Its the strangest thing...something that i can eat for dinner i can't even touch in the moring! Whats the deal? I feel like my band is tighter or something... can this beeeeeeee? please explaine this one to me bc im very confused lol

You aren't crazy, the band is tightest in the morning. There's are many great threads about morning restriction, so do a search and you'll find world's of information. My band was closed for business till lunch when I had it. Many tend to open up around lunch or with warm liquids. Totally normal.
