It's very common to have chest/shoulder pain after surgery due to the stretching of the diaphragm. Not sure if that's what your referring to or not, but that's very much a post-op complaint for at least a week to 2 weeks.

Okey dokey. If I recall, the serious case of Pleurisy that I had upon learning I had systemic lupus surely involved my chest/lung. Just trying to help. :)
