How do I get my pic to show when I POST OR respond to a topic

I have my pic in my profile but i dont know how to get it to show when i post a topic or respond to one. HELP!!!

    well butterfly, you go to your settings, then profile, then go to your avatar and upload your photo....I can see you have it on your profile so it should not be a problem! Good luck!

    Where it says "You are signed it as " there is a drop down. Choose "My settings". Then choose "profile". Then choose "Change Avatar". This is where you can load a picture to show every time you post.
