How much weight to lose in 3 months?

Hi Everyone,

I have a wedding coming up in 5 months.. I need to get my dress fit in 3. Realistically, how much weight do you think I could lose if I stick to diet and excercise routine.. and workout 5 days a week?

Can I get some love and support?

Do you think 30lbs is doable?

it depends on how much you have to lose and what you eat ect(also your tom can effect it also) I have lost 59 pounds since March 28th, but I work hard at it and get my fills.

30lbs is doable depending on how heavy you are to start with. The higher the weight, the easier it's going to be.

Depends. If you weigh 300 pounds and just had surgery, then 30 is completely doable. If you weigh 200 pounds and had surgery a year ago then you probably won't lose 30.

My start weight was 320. In just four weeks, including 2.5 weeks of just protein shakes, I lost 30 pounds prior to surgery. I'm sure it's doable for you, you might have to exercise a great deal of discipline. Good luck!
