Had band for awhile, starting fresh

Just finally decided to look for support with others who have my issues with weight. I was banded in 2008, and since have lost 50lbs (half my goal) and then gained back 20. I really need to fix myself. Do you guys have a list or link to the "rules" post op? I have got to fix this thing called obesity, and I know it starts with me. THe food addiction is too much sometimes!!

. Congrats on your new path choice! I was banded on 5/27/11 so I am still in the post op stage. My diet consisted of liquid for the first 2 weeks. This included my shakes, tomato Soup, broth, and sugar free Jell-O. I have just been advanced to a stage 1 baby food or anything that I can blend to that consistence. After this 2 weeks I will move to soft foods for two weeks than the rest of my life will begin. I know that every Dr gives a different post op diet so you might want to check with some of the other about what their Dr recommended. Good Luck!
