Those of you counting calories....

I'm out of lean ground meat so I'm using ground chuck for a recipe. I pan browned it, drained it and rinsed it.

Now that I've gotten most of the fat out of it, how do I figure out how many calories and fat grams per serving?

Should be about the same as the lean stuff you've been using!

I disagree with the above poster; I would not say all of the fat/most of the fat is gone. Maybe 50%, if that.

Try caloriecount.com - it gives pretty decent numbers for different things. Doing all those things may reduce the fat, but it's not going to be very drastic.
