Amanda -

I'd love to get to know you! My name is Serena and I'm 31, married with a 20 month old daughter. We've lived in FC since we came here for college. So far, I think I love my lap band. I've lost 11 pounds since my surgery. Social situations seem to be the hardest for me (eating out, etc) and I think I have been pretty dehydrated since surgery...working on that. Who did your surgery? Dr. Quaid was my surgeon. I would really love to get together with you. I would suggest we meet for a drink or meal (the OLD Serena) but now I guess we could meet at a park and go for a walk or meet and share an appetizer someplace. Do you go to the support groups at PVH? There is one next Monday, I think I'll go.

Hope to talk to you soon!

Serena
