Wow! I'm trying to settle on a goal weight and rather than a weight I have a size in mind. I want to be a 6. I'm currently a 10. Just wondering what to expect since I plan to have a tummy tuck.

Hi:

I didn't actually go down any sizes from tummy tuck. Everything just fit better. If all you have left is loose tissue without any fat on it, there won't be alot of change if you're anything like me.

Best wishes to you.

Sue

No change at all. I only had skin to remove. The band took care of the fat! If anything, I'm bigger, but it's only been a few weeks and I'm really swollen.

Approximately how many inches did it take off your waist line?

I never took a measurement. I woke up from surgery with a flat tummy and still wearing a size 10 jean. Note - The day of surgery I was in a size 10 jean; 4 months later, I'm in a size 6. There has been no change in my weight since surgery; however, the swelling is a lot less - still happens once in awhile and the incision is still somewhat sensitive.
