I was banded Feb. 28, 2011. So I am a little over 2 months post-op. I have little, if any restriction, and my weightloss is a little slower than what I had hoped it would be (I have lost 19 lbs since surgery). It seems like I lose most of my weight right after the fill---like 5-6 pounds, and then nothing the rest of the month
.
I have been getting terrible back pain toward the end of the day, into the evening. It is pretty bad, and is concentrated in my middle back. It is pretty debilitating in the sense that I just want to try and stretch my back out and lay down. Which of course, being a mother to 2 young children isn't always an option.
I am getting extremely frustrated! I had this surgery so I would feel great and healthy
. I am going to speak to my doctor about it and make sure it isn't anything serious, but has anyone experienced this? I just need some guidance. Any suggestions......???
