How do you get your powdered protein to dissolve?

Hello folks, Can you please tell me what you've had to do to get your powdered proteins to dissolve? I can't stand the lumps now and I'm not banded....getting banded and having lumps YUCK won't work for me. I need an easy solution that I can use at work for my breakfast and lunches without making a mess. Has anyone used that mixer thing called a bullet? The fork method doesn't work for me lol

I bought the chocolate protein powder and I've mixed it with just about a teaspoon of peanut butter and it takes the aftertaste away. I've also mixed it with FF/SF instant banana pudding and that was really great. I made them both with skim milk and two icecubes. Next I'm going to try it with coconut extract. :)

Hubby and I found that GNC has a plastic cup with a lid that mixes. All you do is shake. It's white with a red lid and is around $10. It works great!

I use a little one serving blender thing I bought at either walmart or target. Also, the only shake mix I can stick too is Cambridge. It is bought over the internet and has been around forever. I add about a quarter cup of soy milk, splenda, and about 1/4 of a banana. Sometimes I blend up ice too. It tastes so good that my 12 yr old son and 8 yr old grandaughter constantly bug me to "make them a shake". In the morning, I blend hot water, soy, instant or brewed coffee, some sugar-free Kahlua flavored syrup along with the vanilla Cambridge and I swear it tastes as good as a latte from starbucks.

There are lots of recipes to make the shakes very good. Artificial flavors and sweeteners are fantastic.
