belly button insert, port, and one other scar is what i was told to expect.

I am interested in knowing what products to use to reduce the scar appearance. I was told It would heal to the size of a small freckle. I do not keloid but I am concerned about what I should do to minimize the scar. I bought some products in anticipation but any information would be helpful.

Thanks

the healing process for each person is different. I was banded on Monday. I took the bandages off today and today there is one tiny mark near the bottom of my bra line and one near my navel. I don't anticipate having any huge scars and I was told the same thing as you. There is an over the counter cream Mederma which is supposed to work very well. Good Luck to you.
