I am scheduled to be banded on April 25th I just wanted to know who has already started the process for the liquid diet. How much weight did you lose on the clear liquid diet.? I have to do mine for ten days. I also wanted to know how much everyone lost in one month after lap band surgery. Thank you!

I am on my final day of my pre op diet with surgery in the morning and I have lost 12lbs in the last 2 weeks!

After 7 days of clear liquid diet I had lost 9 pounds.

One week post surgery and 2 weeks on liquids I had lost another 6 pounds, total 15.

One month post op I had lost 19 lbs, eating regular foods.

Two months post op--lost 21 lbs total, eating regular foods, one small fill in this time.
