MUSHIE STATGE-OVEREAT FEELING SICK

I AM IN THE MUSHIE STAGE AND WATCH EVERYTHING I EAT , I MEASURE AND GO BY THE LIST THAT MY NUTRITIONIST GAVE ME I ATE 40Z OF CHICKEN SALAD THAT WAS CHOPPED UP IN MY FOOD PROCESSOR, BUT NOW I AM FEELING SICK LIKE OVER BLOATED. HAS THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE BEFORE?:(

I don't really have an answer for you. I can tell me my doctor calls for 3 oz of protein vs 4. At this stage 1 oz is a lot for your stomach which is healing.

Chicken can be tricky for some people. You are still learning!! It takes a while to learn your body signals for when you have had enough.
