I was super nervous the day before my surgery but everything went textbook! I was surprised by how fast it went! I was banded 3 weeks ago and do not regret it for one second! My tip is to buy some gas reliever! I wish I had bought some Gas-X before I got home because I sure needed it. Another tip from me is make sure you drink as much of your daily water a day. It really helps! And the itchy sutures are normal! :-)

HI Amanda, my name is Deb- my surgery is set for March 7th. I know that nervous feeling. After a year of preparation, it is nearly here. I am excited and ready to start my new healthier life. I have been doing Leslie Sansones walking tapes at home and it does make me feel less stressed. Best wishes in your journey.

Well mine is happening very quickly because I am in the military and they are pushing for it before we deploy... so I am just hoping I have no regrets
