Why am I so tired when I wake up in the morning?

I'm two weeks pos op, and I wake up feeling tired. I'm just wondering why, and could it be from lack of nutrition? How can I fix this? I have lost five pounds since the surgery! :-)

Are you on solids yet? Could be that... or could be not band related

Hang in there! I had my surgery a little over 2 weeks ago on 1/21 and I felt the same way. It was all I could do to get up and go to work. But just this weekend I started feeling alot better. In fact better than I have in a long time. I think our bodies just need to recooperate from the hell of surgery we put it thru! And having some other food probably doesnt hurt either. I started eating some cream of wheat, oatmeal, milk and yogurt.
