Women: Band tighter during period??

Am I the only one who has a considerable difference in band tightness during a period??

No, it's quite common. It's from all the fluid retention we experience. Just go to mushies or liquids for a day or so and it should subside. You can also try products that ease the fluid retention, like midol. I just look at it as a diet boost period.

Thanks for that :) I've been putting it down to extra fluid but just wasn't sure if it was normal for it to affect the band. :D

Nope. You will notice a difference in your band on humid days as well!!!! I just sit there and say I love my band I love my band I love my band. lol
