chest pain sign of fullness?

Hi

I am on day 2 post OP and I am getting chest pains. They come and go but primarily after I eat (2T of yogurt or 2T of cottage cheese....tiny amounts of food). Is that my band telling me I am full?

Since you are 2 days post op I suspect it is trapped gas from the surgery and GasX won't help. The only thing that helped me was a heating pad. I had this pain in my chest and sholders for about 3 weeks and then it went away.
