I dont have words of wisdom but the fat person in me is having the same fear, I love red meat and it kills me to know i may not be able to eat steak again even in smaller portions.

I am excited for the procedure and a little apprehensive as I love food but I dont want to eat plain food forever, but my love of food has got me here in the first place.

I get my band on Jan 24 good luck with yours :)
