Calores hidden in the most peculiar places

I have been on a hunt to find calories that I may be missing when I count due to slow weight loss.

I found another one today. 1 tbsp of coffee Mate has 40 calories and 5 gr of Carbs! And I have been using 3 of them.

I have switched from Diet Dr Pepper to coffee so that I can still get some caffeine in the mornings. I cant stand black coffee but may have to learn to like it now.

What hidden calories you y'all found?

I don't use coffeemate at home. I use non fat dry powdered milk.. 2 tbspn is 30 cal. OR fat free evaporated milk (25 cal) OR FF half/half (20 cal).

Can't remember what I was last surprised with.. sorry.

I no longer drink soda's. That is why I am trying to replace it with coffee. I need the caffeine in the AM.

I drink my coffee black with Splendra. Yes fake suger is bad but Splendra is supposedly less bad. Years ago I gave up cream in my coffee. As long as it has sweetner I can give up the cream. Also you can try flavored coffee which you might be able to handle black no sweetener.
