Hello Everyone,
I've been coming onto the forum on and off for about 6mths now. I've done so much research over the months and thought, no this is not for me. I had a tummy tuck 8 years ago and I stayed a size 12 for 3 years. Unfortunately, I had a hysterectomy in 2006 and my weight has rocketed to say the least.
I'm now 16stone! I'm so unhappy with how I look and it's affecting me badly. My wonderful hubby will do anything to make me happy and says it doesn't matter to him what I look like at least I'm alive! I nearly died with the hysterectomy.
I've tried WW, Cambridge, Lighterlife etc etc. Done well but only to put it all back on. So what makes the band different?
I've read so many stories that it's all down to willpower (which I have none) So why spend £3,500, if it's all about willpower. Does the surgery REALLY work, do the in-fills REALLY work? Or am I just clutching at straws?
I have the money waiting but should I just go and have lipo instead or is the band a more long term better option.
Thanks to any advice you can give me.
