I have Tricare Prime. Everyone says they're one of the easiest insurers to deal with. If you meet their requirements, approval is nearly automatic. For me, it was three business days between submission and approval. Pretty easy. Good luck!

I'm waiting to hear back from Triwest as well; paperwork was just submitted today. I've heard anything from 12 hours to 2 weeks to hear back from them; let's hope they're feeling motivated to knock out a bunch of approvals before the holidays! I'm really hoping they'll be as quick as most people on here have said. Fingers crossed for both of us! :)

Just got a call from Triwest; I was approved! Took less than 48 hours; I'm shocked and amazed after my last experience with them. So keep the faith; they do come through!

Same with me, I got approved within 48 hours. The doctors at this clinic won't even submit you if they don't think you'll get approved.
