This is my first post. I was banded on 11/15/10. I have lost 12 lbs. since the surgery. My surgeon instructs that meals should be no more than 4 ounces. I'm wondering if I should be limiting soups and shakes to 4 ounces? Most of the protein shakes I buy are in 11 oz. cans. I drink them very slowly and take 20-30 mins to finish one, but I am now starting to wonder if I'm taking in too much at once since it's more than 4 oz. The same goes for soup. Anyone?
