I'm pretty close to goal and I can feel my port, but I have been able to all along though now it is more prominent and I don't have to feel around for it. My surgeon automatically put a low profile port in, so no, it won't poke out like the normal ones once I am at my goal weight.

Mine is getting harder to feel...I think it's tearing away from the abdominal wall, but I'm still losing weight.

I have always been able to feel mine, and like you I always have to feel it lol I hope that I wont be able to see it once im at goal, they also gave me a low profile port at surgery because they place it close to the ribs, I always lose weight first in m upper body, above the wast, boobs n belly hahha so i specificlly asked for one but everyone is different, my friend can only see hers if she moves just right.

I can feel mine, but even now, 8 weeks post tummy tuck, I can't see it. And, that was the second thing I looked at when I took off the bandages! I have a low profile port, and it's placed just to my left of center just above my belly button (which is SOOO cute now).

Congrats on the new belly button! :(
