anyone discouraged after band slippage

I found out about a month ago my band slipped after doing so well for over a year. I had surgery to repair and have been very discouraged since then. I'm still not able to exercise per MD instructions. I'm finally able to eat food, but theres nothing in my band. Feeling so discouraged because I'm not able to exercise and feel like I can eat the world! Anyone else have these same feelings?

Sorry to hear about your slipage. Hang in there, it will get better once you get fills again. In the meantime, I would focus on eating the right foods. Your portions may be larger than when you have restriction but hopefully you won't gain any weight. Hope you can start working out soon- that is so important. Keep us posted.
