Hi All,

I am new to site today. had my op 5 weeks back.So far I am down 16 kilos 35 pounds in the old speak. Its all good and now my port has finaly healed I am getting into some exercise on the bike. I want to get down to 87 kilos in the next 3 months.:smile2:

Hi mike in from kwinana, I was banded 24 June and have lost 27kgs so far! Hoping to get down to 35kgs lost by the end of this year!
