how much of mushies per meal?

I will be starting mushies in a couple of days . How much of a serving do i eat? I dont want to mess up anything in there. Do I have 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup or what? I had 3 cc's put in at the time of surgery. Please let me know,SO READY FOR MUSHIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

    I wouldnt eat more than a cup of food total. your dr should have gven you instructions some doc say 1/2 cup and mine says 1 but if you stat to feel full then stop! you will know the feeling when you eat, just make sure that you ea tslowly and chew even the mushiest!!!

    My Dr. only allows me to have 1/4 c or 2 oz 5x/day
