Got the feeling you need to burp but cant????

I know this is not the most flattering question.. But a lot of times i feel the need to burp but cant... so I suffer for a few minutes then the feeling passes... It feels like trapped gas... The best way to explain the feeling is when you swallow drink and a big air bubble goes down with it. Its just a really weird feeling... doesnt really hurt just aggravating....

Thats how I felt the first week after surgery...I'm 8 weeks post op now and can burp if I need too. The feeling of not being able to burp will pass.

well in that case is your band too tight? I dont know if that would, could or can affect burping but it's a thought...
