Aftercare in Ireland for Dr Chris de Bruyne

Hi there, does anyone know what the aftercare is like for Dr Chris in Ireland after you have the surgery and what happens if you have an emergency and need medical attention? I know Frederik is here the first Thursday of every month but what happens in between? I am booking it directly with Frederik and not going through any agencies as they are just ROBBERS so I was wondering can any of you tell me what the back up plan is for us Irish Bandster's :)
